The current era requires a holisitic, complex and systematic vision of business reality. This implies the replanting of administrative knowledge towards the intangible, soft, human, social, knowledge, ideas, language, creativity and innovation. In this perspective, the objective of the work was to analyze the conceptual frameworks, models and management tools implicit in administrative processes, those that make it possible to adapt to changes and overcome the internal and external challenges of the organization, allowing it to achieve sustainability and viability over time, based on the Stafford Beer Viable System Model (MSV), examining it from its structure, principles and consistency, finding an argumentative weakness, a missing link: the human dimension, which represents a possibility of openness in knowledge.
